To better help us understand the child please include any assessments, placement history, education and/or medical information with your referral packet. Please include a contact name and phone number so that we may call you if we need additional information or clarification.

We pride ourselves in getting an answer to you within 24 hours of receiving the needed information.

Admission Criteria

• Ages 11-17
• Minimum 65 IQ
• No court involvement regarding sex offenses
• School eligible (no high school graduates/GED)
